The artisanal Tiramisu Colomba cake is inspired by Treviso, an elegant and refined city just a few kilometers from Venice. Made from a slow, natural fermentation of sourdough, it stands out for its particularly soft and well-aired dough, the result of meticulous artisanal workmanship. Made with fresh, select ingredients—butter, milk, and cream—it encloses a delicious zabaglione and coffee cream, enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food Presidium. The surface is covered with a delicate white chocolate glaze with dark chocolate chips, for a harmonious balance of sweetness and intensity. A refined dessert, designed for an authentic and memorable taste experience.
