You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you receive the products purchased on dolciricorrenze.it, by notifying the Seller, except for the exclusion pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, which provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, beverages, or other goods for daily household consumption delivered to the consumer's home, place of residence, or place of work, as well as to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and to personalized goods.

To withdraw from the contract, you must specify the products purchased, the order number, your identification data, and your bank details (account holder and account number, ABI, CAB, CIN) for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the products. You must return the products to the Seller, who must receive them within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received them.

Shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. Return shipping is free if you choose to use our courier. If you choose to use a different courier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal is subject, in addition to the conditions specified in the previous points, to the following conditions:

• The waybill must be correctly completed.
• The right of withdrawal applies only to goods that are intact at the time of return;
• The products must not have been used, modified, or damaged;
• The products must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment;
• Products that are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration;
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, or that have been opened after delivery;
• Products must be returned in their original packaging;

The Seller must receive the returned products within fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery of the order.

With regard to the cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded above, the Customer is specifically informed and accepts that these include all food products, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration, including as a result of improper storage.

If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you may have the products returned to the Seller at your expense in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase, or dispose of them if necessary.
