Returns and refunds

You can return products purchased from our store within 14 business days of delivery, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, according to the terms and conditions indicated in the Right of Withdrawal section, as follows:

• Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them.
• Pack the package in the box you received (or in a box of equal sturdiness and size), covering the information from the first shipment.
• Contact customer service at servizioclienti@dolciricorrenze.it within 14 business days of delivery to arrange a collection date and location.

The right of withdrawal applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on only part of the purchased Product.

Upon receipt of the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will process the return and inform you of the return procedures for the products.

If you correctly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the returned Products within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to your right to wait until we actually receive the Products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.

Please note that we can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to refund you and the order will be returned to you.
