Giangalup is a cake with Gianduiotto shape and soft dough. Three different leavening stages with sourdough and 40 hours of slow processing. Ideated to inaugurate a new tradition for the greediest one. With a Gianduja Streglio cream filling and an even more delicious covering made with dark chocolate and “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” hazelnut grains.

Gianduja cream 13% : glucose syrup - water - sucrose - dextrose - hazelnut paste 4.5% - low-fat cocoa powder 3.6% - skimmed milk powder - vegetable fat (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter) - ethyl alcohol - gelling agent: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate – flavours. Coating chocolate 20% : cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - emulsifier: soy lecithin - natural vanilla flavour. Garnished with 6% praline hazelnut grains : sugar - hazelnut 35% - caramel E150B.
