The Salted Caramel Easter Colomba is a tasty and sophisticated version of the traditional Italian Easter cake. Its dough is well dimpled and particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream. Richly filled with salted butter caramel cream, milk chocolate drops and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with white chocolate caramel icing and PGI Piedmont hazelnuts. The salted caramel Colomba is obtained by natural fermentation from sourdough. The 72 hours of slow artisan processing and the care in selecting and combining the finest ingredients ensure an original and exclusive Made in Italy product.
