NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN-BAKED CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS 20% WITH HAZELNUTS ICING 8%, DECORATED WITH HALMONDS 2%.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Chocolate 20% (cocoa paste, sugar, glucose; emulsifier: soy lecithin), Egg yolk, Butter, Brown sugar, Natural yeast (wheat flour and water), Glucose-fructose syrup, Invert sugar syrup, Emulsifiers: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids E471, Sunflower lecithin E322, Salt, Flavouring agents.
ICING INGREDIENTS WITH HAZELNUTS: Sugar, Egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 12% (corresponding to 1% of the product), Kernels, Almonds, Rice flour. DECORATION: Sweet almonds 2%.
