Barocco Bianco di Sicilia is a panettone that celebrates the elegance and richness of Sicilian Baroque, drawing inspiration from the refined stucco decorations of Serpotta, symbols of light, movement and harmony. The dough is distinguished by its golden-amber colour and soft texture, the result of a slow natural leavening process that enhances its aromas and fragrance. Inside, caramel chocolate chips and a delicate hint of salted caramel offer intense, enveloping sensations, creating a refined contrast with the velvety sweetness of white chocolate.
